Today my family celebrated Easter. We're not the religious type, but we love each other, love our food, and love getting any chance to spend time with one another. Today's feast was hosted by my Aunt, but we all brought different food items and had a potluck type Easter. We still had the traditional ham though. We also had pork, meatballs, beans, pasta salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, cheese and pickle tray, and my zucchini bake. All was a success! Everyone's food was amazing. We also had plenty of dessert! Chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter marshmallow squares, cupcakes, chocolate pie, and lemon meringue pie. Sooo much food. We will all be in food comas for the rest of the evening, but like Jesus, will rise again tomorrow....Hmmm, this may have been an inappropriate joke? Yes? I don't know. Forgive me Father for I have sinned...Did I just do it again? Frick!
