Tonight is going to be an excellent night. I am spending the evening in town with my cousin Kate. She is my wine buddy! Tonight, we made some of our own, and are planning on drinking a bottle of my homemade Valpolicella. We also purchased a bottle of Trius Merlot, Barefoot Pinot Grigio, and Wolf Bass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon.
I made a lovely dinner of homemade fish and chips for us; the healthier version of course. I also prepared a pizza hut styled pizza last night, to use as our midnight snack later on tonight, JUST in case we get a really good buzz on! Holla!
I'm sure the two of us will have an excellent Saturday night! I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday as well!
