Last night I had my first BBQ party of the season and it was a success! I have never cooked a pork loin before and I wish I had of taken a picture of it! It was massive and beautifully cooked! I also made an apple coleslaw, a greek pasta salad, nachos with homemade salsa, and some roasted potatoes! The best part of the whole night was only spending about $25 on the grocery bill! Gotta love that! Can't wait for the next one, probably not until sometime in July though. Commencing this evening will be the first of many wedding related events coming up for the month of June! Item 1: Bachelor Party Tonight!
